Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders may be cancelled so long as they have not yet been sent to production. Once in the production schedule, cancellations may still be requested; however additional fees (restocking and/or cancellation) will be billed to the customer's account.

In the event the order has shipped, we can no longer cancel the order.

Can I return an item?

In order to return an item, a return authorization must be issued. A restocking charge as well as round trip freight charges will be incurred.

All items must be in original carton, unassembled and unused. Returns cannot be made after product has been assembled or installed. assembled cabinets are non-returnable.

Returns cannot be made after 30 days.

How do you handle damages due to freight.

Please count and examine all packages at time of delivery. If there is a shortage, please note how many cartons are short on the delivery receipt and send the list to our Customer Service Dept. If the cartons are damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt. If concealed damaged is discovered after the receipt of the merchandise, we must be notified within 7 days

What is the product made of?

ALL WOOD. There is no particle board or MDF in any of our cabinets. The maple originates from Canada. The oak is from China.

What is the lead time on the product?

Cabinets leave our facility within two weeks. There are different travel times depending on location.

How is the product shipped?

We ship all of our cabinets from our facility. If they are within our 2 hour driving range they are delivered on our company trucks. Otherwise, they are packed on pallets and delivered to your door via a common carrier. The common carriers are equipped with a lift gate (a steel elevator-like platform at the end of the truck) and is used to lower the merchandise off the truck down to the street level.

Yes, you will receive a call as to when to expect delivery.
